Are you interested in pursuing a job in the medical field or just learning about healthcare? Renton High School’s club HOSA (Health Occupations Students of America) may be for you!
Renton High School’s HOSA empowers future health professionals to become leaders within the global health community through education, collaboration, and experience. This club aims to develop leadership skills and technical HOSA skills components through a program of motivation, awareness, and recognition. HOSA also holds events to help our community. HOSA has partnered with the Red Cross to hold blood drives at our school (you have to be 16 years old or older to participate). In addition, they also get invited to events, one being The Sounds Career in Healthcare Fair. Members gain insights into careers from many experienced healthcare professionals, so if you’re interested in learning more about healthcare, this club is certainly for you!
