On Friday October 3rd, the Renton RedHawkS traveled to the Walter L. Seabloom field at Redmond High School and defeated the Redmond Mustangs by a score of 70-21. The RedHawkS set the tone early by scoring a 65 yard touchdown pass on 4th down of the first drive of the game. This led to their high scoring offense tallying up 28 points in the first quarter on their way to the blowout win. The loss makes the Redmond Mustangs drop to 1-4 on the season and their next game is on October 10th against the Hazen Highlanders.
The RedHawkS move to 4-1 on the season while their next game is their Homecoming game against the Mercer Island Islanders on Friday, October 10th at Renton Memorial Stadium.
