Health Hair Hack #2: Moderately a bit hard

You know how we have protein shakes to build muscles or to slim down without damaging our bodies? Usually taste nasty? You get the picture.

This time it is a protein shake for your hair, using natural ingredients.

The ingredients and tools

You will need:

  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 teaspoons of honey
  • 2-3 drops of your choice of essential oil
  • Water (whatever amount you want)
  • Small container
  • Fork
  • 2 plastic bags
  • A way to set a 20 minute timer

The mixture

  1. Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites and place the egg yolks in the small container
  2. Beat the egg yolks
  3. Place the 2 teaspoons of honey in the egg yolks
  4. Mix the honey in the egg yolks
  5. Place the 2-3 drops of your choice of essential oil
  6. Mix
  7. Place as much water as you want

Placing the mixture in your hair

  1. Thoroughly wet your hair
  2. Place mixture in your hair thoroughly and rub in hair
  3. After fully putting the mixture in your hair place the plastic bags on your head, wrapping around your hair
  4. Start timer for 20 minutes

Afterwards

Rinse your hair like normal and wash as normal
