Personal Thoughts:

It’s a Kirby game. Kirby games usually have a track record of being great.

Out of the three games that are on this list, this is the one I am personally excited for:

2. Sea of Thieves (PC, Xbox One) – March 20

Personal Thoughts:

Sea of Thieves is a game by Rare. I remember the day they were making games for the N64, like GoldenEye 007, Perfect Dark, Banjo Kazooie, etc. However, nowadays Rare hasn’t kept a great track record when it comes to their games. And, you can only play the game if you have an Xbox One. So…I’m not anticipating this game as much as Kirby: Star Allies. At least Kirby is a first-party IP, so releasing exclusively on the Switch makes sense.

Personal Thoughts:

In all honesty, sports games are sports games. There’s nothing more, nothing less. I mean, if you’re into the sports games, then that’s cool. But personally, unless Mario is partaking in the sport, they aren’t as fun. I recommend either getting a Mario baseball game, or going outside to play baseball yourself (even when you have no friends).

Overall Thoughts:

So far…we’re still relying on last year’s games (like Doki Doki Literature Club) for entertainment. I really hope this Kirby game will fix that. Also, Shadow of the Colossus, which released in February.
