People all over social media are posting about pictures of themselves in the new Snapchat gender swap filters. These new Snapchat filters add certain features associated with the opposite gender to simulate what you would look like if you were the opposite gender.

There are two variations to this filter, the “male” filter makes you more masculine and the “female” filter makes you more feminine. The “male” filter gives you facial hair, shorter hair, and a bigger jawline. The “female” filter removes facial hair and replaces it with smooth skin and longer hair.

How to find and use the Snapchat gender swap filter

1. Download Snapchat on IOS or Android device
2. Open Snapchat and go to the camera
3. Make sure the camera is facing you by tapping the circular arrows on the top right corner
4. Tap on the screen until it gives filters options (It should be the first two options you see).
5. Swipe right one time to select the bearded face for “Male” filter.
6. Swipe again to the right to the makeup face for “Female” filter.
