The Harlem Globetrotters are on Their Way to See Us!

The Harlem Globetrotters are on Their Way to See Us!

Hey Renton Highschool! Do you like basketball or watching basketball trick shots?  Well you have the opportunity to watch the Harlem Globetrotters down at Climate Pledge Arena in Seattle or at the Angel of the Winds Arena in Everett. The address for both these arenas are 334 1st Ave N Seattle, WA 98109 and 2000 Hewitt Ave Everett, WA 98201. The roster is made up of 34 players, 3 coaches (Al Clocker, Sweet Lou Gunar, and Handles Franklin). Don’t miss out on this opportunity. The show usually runs for about a hour and a half and then you can go down to the court and meet the players! The players do all sorts of trick shots, dunks and cool things and they also tour in over 400+ cities in 25+ countries. Tickets are on sale for both locations on Ticketmaster anywhere from $39 to $154 dollars.  You can also buy VIP bench seating and sit with the players for $417 if you like.

There are also different passes that you can get such as the Magic Pass and this includes being able to show off your basketball skills, meet and greet with the players, and early venue entry.  The pass opens the door for magic pass holders 2 hours before the game starts, but the magic pass experience starts 90 minutes before the game.

Another pass is the Celebrity Court Pass and it includes 15 minutes of center court access and interaction with the players, but you must be checked in 30 minutes before the show which is set to start at 2pm and/or 3pm if you are attending the Everett show.

There is also the VIP Bench Ticket, and this includes sitting on the Harlem Globetrotter’s bench which are the best seats in the whole arena.  You also get a replica jersey, the 2024 world tour program, a VIP lanyard credential, and you get a meet and greet after the game along a autograph session and team photo. You can also buy this to sit on the opposing team’s bench which is the Washington Generals.

They also have a TV show called The Harlem Globetrotters Play It Forward, and it’s on NBC and Telemundo in celebration of the 97th year old franchise and is hosted by Craig Robinson.

I'm a junior here at Renton high school and I also play basketball. Something interesting about me is that I love shoes and reading.
