The annual salary for a fashion designer in the United States is approximately $64,494 to $80,690 a year. Salaries also range from $51,000 to $89,000, depending on skills and experience. Entry level designers earn from $50,300 to $62,340 a year. Some of the top paying states are Oregon ($107,560), Tennessee ($117,100), and New York ($106,180).
