On January 22, 2026, Renton’s FACE Team hosted Family Craft Night! This was a wonderful event filled with laughter, a bustling atmosphere, and a whole bunch of fun. During Craft Night there were stations for each craft. Twelve different crafts were available like creating your own magnet, making flowers out of pipe cleaners, and slime production, to name a few. There were also multiple clubs helping out for this event such as Fashion Club, Art Club, Gardening Club, Crochet Club, and DECA.

We asked Ms. Eager, a teacher at Renton and a FACE team member, “What are some hopes and dreams you have for future FACE events?” She said she wants to build a stronger community and to get more engagement by getting more people such as families, students, and other faculty members to come to these events. She states that she knows Renton has had a strong community in the past and she wants to retouch on that past. Then we followed up by asking, “What can we do to help you achieve those goals?” She said to spread the word and tell everyone to come. So, you heard it here RedHawkS! Come support and show up to our events!

Thank you all for coming and supporting our school! Another thanks to our phenomenal FACE team for bringing this event together! Craft night was made possible because of the FACE team’s drive to boost engagement with families and our community.
Our next event will be Bingo Night on February 12th from 4 pm to 6 pm. Also, make sure to follow the FACE team to stay up to date with future RHS community events.
We hope to see you soon!
