With all of the holidays rolling around, there are many events in Renton and Seattle!

 

Small Business Saturday

Small Business Saturday in downtown Renton will take place on November 25th. Shop in good high-quality artisan stores at the pavilion and the outdoor farmers market. There will be free parking for up to 10 hours in the city center parking garage. There will be activities for everyone of all ages, music, holiday treats, a holiday art market, the arrival of Santa and the holiday tree and so much more. So grab your friends and family and come down to downtown Renton on november 25th.

Timeline for the day:

10 a.m.: Stores open for shopping throughout downtown Renton, including prize drawings for
purchases made in downtown Renton businesses.

All on of these events are located on the same street (233 Burnett Ave S):

12 p.m. – 4 p.m.: Holiday Farmers Market in Piazza Park

12 p.m. – 7 p.m.: Live music, a holiday craft market featuring local artists and vendors at Renton
Pavilion Event Center

5 p.m.: Tree lighting and the arrival of Santa at Piazza Park

 

Santa’s Big Day

He not only plans to distribute gifts, but he will also participate in multiple races, including 1 mile, 5K, 13., 26.2, and 15% of all registration fees will go towards Operation Warm. This organization is committed to providing new winter coats to children, and every $20 donation goes towards a high-quality winter coat. If you are unable to participate, you can still join in the event as it is held worldwide. You can run or walk at your own pace, and your medal will be shipped to you. The event costs $19.99 at the door, but if you sign up, it only costs $17.99. The event will take place throughout December, and you can participate from any location, at any time. To register, search for Virtual Run Events powered by Moon Joggers and become a member. Enjoy your run or walk!

Seattle Christmas Market

Discover European-style Christmas decorations and live entertainment music at the Seattle Christmas Market, open from November 24th to December 24th at Seattle Center. With over 60 unique vendors showcasing international artisan crafts and gifts, you’re sure to find something special. Don’t forget to indulge in treats and hot chocolate to keep you fueled throughout your visit. Immerse yourself in the festive decorations, take in the live music, and shop to your heart’s content. The market is open from 4 – 9:30 PM Monday through Thursday and 11:30 AM to 9:30 PM Friday through Sunday. All ages are welcome to join in on the holiday fun and stay cozy and warm while you’re there!
