This is for those who live for the rage and die for the rage, this is Playboi Carti’s Antagonist Tour v.2. This is his highly anticipated tour that was announced originally back in 2023 and then it was mysteriously cancelled, and refunds were delayed months after. Then two years later, Playboi Carti announced this tour. Everyone is talking about Antagonist Tour v.2 with Carti himself, Apollored1, Ken Carson, Destroy Lonely, and Homixide Gang.
They performed here October 8th, with the opener Apollored1 (performing for 15 minutes), and then Homixide Gang performed for 25 minutes with their hits like “PC5”, “VILLAIN, “5G”, and “Uzi Work”. Next up was Destroy Lonely who performed for 30 minutes doing hits like “Syrup Sippin”, “NOSTYLIST”, “DOUBT IT”, and “Jumanji”. The second to last performer, Ken Carson, came out and performed 2 songs until his setlist got cancelled due to people from the stands rushing the floor (around 150 people without floor tickets) who started jumping the barricades and trampling security.
We sat there for 30+ minutes waiting for the show to start again with fights breaking out and people chanting “We want Ken!” Finally, Ken came back out and did one song which was “Rock n Roll.” Then the main eventer, Playboi Carti, came out and performed Pop Out and went on to perform arguably the greatest setlist of all time consisting hits from his newest album MUSIC, then his biggest hits from previous albums like “Control”, “On That Time”, “Stop Breathing”, “Rockstar Made”, “ILoveUIHateU”, “SHOOTA”, “LOCATION”, and “LONG TIME”, before ending it with two unreleased songs being “ALIVE” and “24 Songs”. With “24 Songs” was the first time he has ever performed it live. Overall one of the greatest shows I have witnessed definitely worth the wait even with the setback that was Ken’s setlist 10/10 show.
