Renton’s wrestling team goes to state!
A special shout out to Renton’s wrestling team. On February 7th, 2026, Renton Highschool’s boys wrestling team had their annual Kingco leagues. It was an amazing and cheerful event filled with anticipation and many intense matches. Eight wrestlers went to regionals on February 14th, eight of the Renton wrestlers placed in the top 4 for each of their respective weight groups. Wrestler Joseph Huynh, who won 1st place, advised all athletes that with drive and determination, you can accomplish anything.
Wisdom Bryon, Joseph Huynh, and Da’mion Jones made their way to state on February 20th and 21st. All of them did a wonderful job! Amazing work RedHawkS!
